Administrator's Salary Compensation Report
- Law P.A. 96-0434: Administrator’s Salary Compensation Report. On August 13, 2009 Governor Quinn signed into law P.A. 96-0434, which creates two new school code provisions that require school districts to annually prepare an itemized salary compensation report for every employee holding an administrative certificate and working in that capacity. The report must be:
- Presented as an information item at a regularly scheduled school board meeting;
- Sent to the Regional Office of Education; and
- Be posted on the school district website by October 1st.
