One of the most important things that we can do to improve the education of your child(ren) is to establish good communication between the parents and the school. We will keep you informed of important information through the use of notes and letters. Please check your child's book bag each day to see if there are notes that you need to see.
Please feel free to contact your child's teacher or the building principal if you have concerns. By working together, we can help your child have a positive educational experience at Southeastern Elementary.

PTO - The Southeastern PTO meets on the first Wednesday of each month when school is in session. All parents of children in grades Pre-K through 5 are encouraged to become involved. The PTO conducts fundraising for the elementary and middle schools, helps conduct the Book Fairs, collects Box Tops for Education and Campbell's Soup labels, sponsors monthly skating parties for our children, helps to supply items for our clothing bank and provides numerous "extras" for our students and teachers Pre-K and ECE Parent Group - The parents of children in our pre-school programs are invited to participate in our Parent's Group. This group meets monthly. There is babysitting provided for those meetings of interest to parents only. Other meetings are Family Fun Nights where parents and children learn and play together. |
